Background: Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is one of the most common disorders in middle-aged men and it may affect the quality of life of both patients and their partners. the paucity of human clinical trials, there is currently an unmet need for high-quality studies exploring the use of Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) Given for the management of ED. Aim: To evaluate the efficacy of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) cavernosal injections in the treatment of erectile dysfunction, study safety and adverse effect in the treatment of erectile dysfunction Methods: The study Intervention clinical prospective study was conducted in Multicenter including Badr university hospital and AL Haram hospital.
