Background and Objective: Hysterectomy is a widely performed gynecological surgical procedure that is particularly prevalent globally, mostly for the treatment of non-malignant disorders which include fibroids, menorrhagia, pelvic discomfort, and prolapsed uteri. This work was aimed to contrast between closure of vaginal cuff after total laparoscopic hysterectomy (TLH) trans-laparoscopic or through vaginal approach.
