Abstract

Preventing persecution based on gender identity, including transgender athletes' right to privacy and dignity, is of the utmost importance. There is an immediate need, on a global, national, and even local level, to safeguard the honor of such athletes. The United Kingdom, the United States, and India each have their own anti-discrimination legislation system. Equal opportunity in public employment is further expanded by constitutional provisions such as Articles 14, 15, 16, and 21, in India that prohibit discrimination based on religion, caste, sex, or place of birth and, moreover, establish equality before the law. Despite advances in policy, challenges persist in achieving both fair competition and respect for transgender athletes' rights. This research highlights the need for continued scientific investigation and policy refinement to address these issues effectively.
